State Bank of India organises Exporters Meet

An Exporters’ Meet was recently conducted by SBI A.O. Visakhapatnam for its existing and prospective customers.

The meeting was co-chaired by SBI DGM (B&O), Visakhapatnam Mr. Pankaj Kumar and DGM (SME) Mr. Kumar Mohit.

SBI’s RTMU team presented to the audience on EPC/PCFC and FBD products and also spoke on Hedging. 

The bank’s overseas branch made a presentation on TReDS and explained the benefits of the Scheme to its customers. Similarly a SBILD official explained the variants of Current Accounts and Corporate Internet banking.

Presentations were also made by officials from ECGC, Customs Department, Logistics division of CII, and TATA Power (Solar finance).

The interactive session saw participation from about 50 clients and included members from National Association for container freight stations; Member, Logistics, CII; VP, AP Ferro Alloys Association; GM (Finance), SAIL. Many senior Officials from SBI also attended the session.
