Politicos assure Builders all support

The Visakhapatnam Chapter of the Confederation of Real Estate Developers’Associations of India (CREDAI) recently held its 3 day property expo.

The event showcased the latest trends and opportunities in the real estate sector and drew significant attention from industry stakeholders, including developers, financial institutions, and potential homebuyers.

Several prominent political leaders graced the occasion, expressing their support for the real estate sector.

TDP’s State President Mr Palla Srinivas Rao commended CREDAI for its consistent efforts in addressing the challenges faced by builders and promoting ease of doing business. He assured the organization of his full support in resolving industry-specific issues.

Similarly, BJP MLA Mr Vishnu Kumar Raju acknowledged the challenges faced by the real estate sector in the past and assured the industry of prompt attention to their concerns.

He also praised the central government’s PMAY initiative for its significant contribution to affordable housing.

Jana Sena MLA Mr Ch. Vamsi Krishna Yadav welcomed the government’s initiative to introduce a single window system for building approvals, which is expected to streamline the process and attract more investments.

TDP MLA Mr Velagaudi Ramakrishna Babu expressed his concern for small builders, especially regarding TDR bonds. He assured the industry of efforts to streamline the process and create a more favorable business environment.

Bheemili MLA Mr Ganta Srinivas Rao also attended the expo and expressed his gratitude to the organizers for their initiative in hosting the event.

CREDAI office bearers including Chairman KSRK Raju (Sai), President Mr V. Dharmender, Secretary Mr V. Sreenu, and State General Secretary Mr Bayana Srinivas Rao, extended their gratitude to the govt. for its forward-thinking policies.
