A leading producer of special steel (alloy steel) long products mainly for the automotive, energy and railway sectors, Arjas Steel was recently awarded by CII “GOLD” Award, for the Industrial Safety Leadership Award (Category-9).

Arjas Steel was also awarded by the National Safety Council, 4-Star rating, with a 90% score, after a very rigorous audit on all the company’s processes and policies on safety.

The company stated that it places industrial safety as its highest priority and value and best practices are driven down on a daily basis in all employees’ actions, day after day.

Arjas Steel has 2 manufacturing locations; one in Andhra Pradesh and the other in Punjab.

In Andhra Pradesh the plant is located, in Tadipatri Anantapur District. Situated on a 850 acre site the integrated process uses iron ore and coking coal as raw materials, with a fully integrated manufacturing process that culminates in finished products that are inspected and sold.
