A stakeholders Consultation Session was recently held at Delhi for developing a favourable defence ecosystem in Andhra Pradesh.

The session aimed at developing a robust defence hub in Andhra Pradesh together with key stakeholders from the defence industry.

The meeting also explored opportunities and addressed challenges which could help in creating an actionable roadmap for the region.

The session was organised by SIDM & CII with Dr. N. Yuvaraj, Secretary, Industries & Commerce Department, AP participating along with Mr Ramesh DG, SIDM, Mr Bhatia, Bharat Forge, Mr Srinivasa Raju, Chairman SIDM Andhra Pradesh and Mr Kannan from CII.

SIDM represents the entire spectrum of Defence and Aerospace manufacturers in India, spanning both the public and private sectors.
