With folded Hands CM reminds PM on unkept Promises

Giving a grand welcome to the Prime Minister on his visit to Vizag, the CM Mr Jagan Mohan Reddy reminded the PM of the many dues pending to the state of Andhra Pradesh.

Addressing the gathering at Andhra University Mr Jagan reiterated the demand for special category status due to the state. He also talked about funding for Polavaram project, issue of privatisation of VSP, railway zone etc.

He reminded the PM that he had on several occasions brought these to his notice and that the state was looking up to him to fulfil these unmet promises.

‘The people of my state will thank you immensely if you do good to the state and give Andhra Pradesh its due share’ said the CM.

He also informed the PM that there was no other agenda but the overall development of the state of Andhra Pradesh. On the projects being implemented by the centre Mr Jagan said that these would certainly help in the economic growth of the state.
