MSMEs in Andhra Pradesh, have undergone a massive shift in recent years following the COVID-19 pandemic. However, one aspect that remains crucial to them is proper hand-holding support and guidance. To help MSMEs get the right coaching, an Australian-based organization named ActionCOACH recently launched its operations in AP.

According to Mr KVT Ramesh, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana’s ActionCOACH regional partner and serial entrepreneur, “business coaching can set it right.”

He launched ActionCOACH in Vizag, Vijayawada, and Guntur in Andhra Pradesh (AP). The organisation approximately serves  30,000 small and medium enterprises monthly in 98 countries and has a 30-year history. With its global experience, it has discovered that companies face similar difficulties in different cultures and places. Business coaching firms, the second-largest profession in the world at USD 30 billion, are lacking in Tier II and Tier III cities.

In an exclusive interview to Vizag Industrial Scan, KVT shares fascinating insights for businesses operating or about to set foot in Andhra Pradesh.
