Minister for Industries, Infrastructure, Investment & Commerce and Information Technology, Government of Andhra Pradesh recently met Dr. Andrew Fleming, Deputy high commissioner, British Deputy High Commission Hyderabad and Mr. Alan Gemmell, Her Majesty’s Trade Commissioner of South Asia and British Deputy High Commission Mumbai.

During the meeting possible avenues of collaboration were discussed between the Government of Andhra Pradesh and the British Government in sectors like FinTech, AgriTech, Aqua processing & Exports, Tourism Tech, EV. The Minister requested support of the British High Commission in building trade partnerships with the state. 

It is stated that the British High Commission expressed interest to co-host the shrimp summit to enhance Trade relations.
