Ropes in Sajjas Vishnutek Engg. as Dealer
A leading manufacturer of construction equipment, LiuGong India recently made its presence in Andhra Pradesh stronger by signing up an exclusive dealer for the state.
Top executives of the company were in Visakhapatnam for the official launch of their dealer network with Sajjas Vishnutek engineering Pvt Ltd.
The company which offers a wide range of extreme duty machines for the construction and Mining industry is no stranger to India as it has been operating in the country since 2002.
‘LiuGong is a leading solution provider in the field of Construction and Mining industries Providing not just machines but complete solutions.
We have 65 plants across the globe’ said Mr Nischal Mehrotra, Sr vice president, Sales and marketing, LiuGong India Pvt Ltd speaking exclusively to Vizag Industrial Scan.
Elaborating on the company’s journey in India Mr Mehrotra informed that it was in 2008 that the company decided to have its own plant and in 2009 the plant was up and running in Pithampur, Madhya Pradesh with an annual capacity of 3500 units. Speaking on the company’s range of products he informed that the company offers machines starting from forklifts to reach stackers to bulldozers to compactors to wheel loaders to motor graders to excavators etc.
‘We have a wide range of 35 machines that we sell in the Indian market’ pointed out the executive.
And to market these products the company has 32 dealers across India which it aims to ramp up to 45 by the end of next year.
‘We are very bullish on the India growth story and there are a lot of infrastructure projects that are being undertaken under the able leadership of the current government,’ said Mr Mehrotra.
It is this optimism that has brought the company to look at Andhra Pradesh more comprehensively and has chosen Sajjas Vishnutek Engineering Pvt Ltd as its dealer for AP.
‘The state of AP plays a very important role in our overall business and we are very optimistic of growing our business in the state.
AP has a visionary chief minister Mr Chandrababu Naidu and we are eager to work with the state government in offering our state-of-the-art products to them’ said Mr Mehrotra.
He further pointed out that it was on their machine(5 ton loader)that the Chief minister had inspected the devastating floods that occurred in Vijayawada.
‘In our meeting with CM we have pitched a certain range of our products which we feel will better serve the municipalities while significantly reducing their carbon footprint,’ said Mr Mehrotra.
One of the factors that LiuGong takes pride is in its sustainable and eco-friendly range of products.
‘We are the only manufa- cturers in India offering such a wide spectrum of EV products in this segment’ informed Mr Mehrotra. Sajjas Vishnutek Engineering’s Managing Partner and CEO Mr Panduranga Prasad along with Mr Rajesh Bahl, partner were also present in the interview.
