Ms. Devika Pakruthi, Founder and CEO of Adhoc Network, was recently honoured with the Excellence in Skill Development and Employment Award at the 2nd Edition of the FICCI FLO National MSME Awards 2026.
Recognizing outstanding contributions of women-led Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) across India the award ceremony was held at Federation House in New Delhi in the presence of industry leaders, policymakers, and entrepreneurs.
The prestigious award was presented to Ms Devika by FICCI Ladies Organisation National President Ms Poonam Sharma.
Incubated at Andhra Pradesh Innovation society (APIS) Adhoc Network, has been actively working to bridge the gap between academic learning and industry requirements by providing practical, industry-aligned skill training to students and young professionals.
Her initiatives have empowered thousands of learners with employability skills and career opportunities in emerging technologies and professional domains.
Speaking to Vizag Industrial Scan on the occasion, Ms. Devika expressed her gratitude for the recognition and reaffirmed her commitment to strengthening India’s skill development ecosystem and creating impactful opportunities for youth.
