VPA holds trade meet at Hyderabad

Visakhapatnam Port Authority in association with Federation of Telangana Chambers of Commerce and Industry recently organized a Trade Meet at Hyderabad.

Chairing the Trade Meet Mr R.N. Harikrishna, Chief Mechanical Engineer, Visakhapatnam Port Authority (VPA) welcomed and called upon the prominent Importers and Exporters of Federation of Telangana Chambers of Commerce and Industry to make use of the opportunity.

Similarly Mr B. Ratna Sekhar, Traffic Manager, VPA, made an elaborative presentation of the various developmental and infrastructure available in Vizag Port viz., berths capacity, cargo profile, handling and storage facilities, rail and road connectivity, key performance indicators, traffic handled, green port initiatives and sustainability, cruise terminal facility, etc., duly emphasizing the need for development of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana Business.

Commemorating the event, Dr. M. Angamuthu, IAS, Chairperson, Visakhapatnam Port Authority stated that VPA is offering many friendly policies to boost the economy of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana and requested to utilize Visakhapatnam Port services.

Eminent industry leaders from Andhra and Telangana participated.
