Novotel’s Zaffran dishes out a new menu

Novotel Vizag’s popular fine dining restaurant, Zaffran recently launched its newly curated menu serving a wide variety of fresh culinary offerings.

The restaurant showcased its range of exquisite dishes highlighting the rich, aromatic flavours of Indian cuisine wherein guests were seen indulging in both vegetarian and non-vegetarian specialties.

Some of the lip-smacking dishes that made their debut at Zaffran included Patrani Macchi (steamed fish in Parsi style), Tangdi Noormahal Kebab, Mawa Palak Malai Kofta, Dal Makhani, and Shahi Double Ka Meetha, among others.

The restaurant’s new sumptuous menu was aptly unveiled by Mr Prabhu Kishore, Chairman Varun group and his wife Mrs Lakshmi Kishore.

“We’re thrilled to have introduced a new menu, Zaffran is designed to be more than a dining destination – it’s a place where food, ambiance, and the breathtaking views come together. 

With the fresh sea breeze and our carefully curated menu, we strive to create an atmosphere that’s both luxurious and inviting” said Ms Lakshmi Sridhar, General Manager of Novotel Visakhapatnam Varun Beach and The Bheemli Resort.

The unveiling of the new menu was coupled with the launch of Talisker Whiskey. “Our chef’s table and Single Malt from The House of Diageo, a special menu by our Chef de Cuisine Kantam Naveen Reddy were designed to elevate the experience, and we’re delighted with the overwhelming response” added Ms Lakshmi.
