Under the direction of founder Raju Sagi, their team consists of a panel of experts across a variety of domains providing customized strategies that address varied phases of a startup’s journey. Their value proposition consists of comprehensive engineering domain expertise in IT solutions.

Mr Sagi who has contributed immensely to numerous defense projects is armed with over 36 years of professional experience and identifies four stages of a Startup’s Journey –  FSNP  (Forming, Storming, Norming and Performing).

Sagi was inspired by Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam, with whom he worked for six years in Ministry of Defense wherein he wanted to encourage young entrepreneurs bring Innovation to many of the society’s problems.

Jnana provides mentoring, coaching, consulting services and solutions to Startups in making Business Plans (Technical / Marketing & Finance plans) in Domains such as Defense, Aerospace, Automobile, Energy, Digital Manufacturing Industry 4.0, Healthcare, Education, Legal and AI.

Startups might lack good technical background and that is when Jnana provides them with Verification and validation of their technical plans, Marketing plans in terms of the right positioning and Finance plans with RoI and Valuations.

Some of their training courses include career transformation workshops like project management, strategy management, data analytics and management skills. The duration of their training ranges between 12 hrs- 24 hrs a week.

‘We have provided services to around 18 start-ups. We generate revenue through services like consulting, mentoring and coaching with the combination of training and lectures at Universities’ said Mr Sagi.

Going forward the startup looks to scale up their Startup consulting services and also to develop an AI enabled application for Maintenance and Repair of Aircraft / Ships / Submarines / Industrial Equipment.
