EV firm moots Rs 4k cr plant in AP

Vietnamese Electric Vehicles manufacturing company Vin Fast Auto Ltd. has evinced interest to invest Rs 4000 crores in the state of Andhra Pradesh.

The Chief Minister Mr. N. Chandrababu Naidu recently held a meeting with the representatives of15 the company in Amaravati.

Mr. Naidu stated that the team led by CEO Mr. Pham Sanh Chau is keen to invest Rs. 4,000 crore for setting up EV and battery manufacturing units at Orvakallu in Kurnool district or in Krishnapatnam.

It was informed that after 30 days, they will discuss the concessions and then they will decide in which place to invest to set up their company.
